What data I collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, I collect your name, email address, and the message you send. If you choose to provide a company name or select a service type, that is also collected.
Legal basis for processing
Data submitted through the contact form is processed on the basis of legitimate interest — specifically, to respond to your inquiry. No data is collected without your active submission.
How it is used
Your data is used solely to respond to your inquiry. I do not sell, share, or use it for marketing purposes beyond replying to you directly.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a US-based service that operates under Standard Contractual Clauses for data transfers from the EEA. Submissions are forwarded to my email and are not stored in any additional database. I retain inquiries for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data I hold about you. You also have the right to object to processing or request restriction. To exercise any of these rights, email pompejordan@gmail.com.
