Services

Jordan Pompe provides custom automation and AI engineering services to businesses on a project basis. Scope, timeline, and deliverables are agreed upon in writing before any work begins.

Payment

Projects are invoiced in milestones as agreed in the project proposal. Payment terms are specified per engagement.

Intellectual property

Upon final payment, the client owns the work product. I retain the right to reference the project type (not confidential details) in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability

My liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project. I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the delivered work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
